Manager - Sales/Business Development - Learning Solutions

Seeking Sales & BD professionals with experience in either Gamification, e-learning or Training.

Designation: Sales- Business Development Manager

Requisite experience & skills

- 4+ years hands-on sales and business development experience

- Experience in selling learning solutions (service or product) is essential

- Experience in handling mid-large sized accounts

- Experience in dealing with senior executives (CHRO, L&D Head, CXO, ect...)

- Effective management of client database to ensure highest productivity (Excel, Google Sheets)

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written - power email etiquette is a must!)

- Experience working in a collaborative team environment

- Effective Presentation Skills (able to get the point across)

- Sound understanding of business principles

- Pleasing personality and positive attitude

- Excellent listening and consultative skills

- Marketing/sales orientation

- High energy levels

- Driven personality (meeting targets)

- Keen interest in new technologies and their usage

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly

- Ability to work in a heterogeneous environment consisting of multiple priorities

- Ability to work well individually to deliver organizational goals

- Flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task

- Self-directed and require minimal supervision

- Desire to work-from-home or remote location is not essential but a huge plus
