We are looking for a candidate to manage the sales and business development for direct selling business of the company, which deals in selling the premium cookware in India. Broad responsibilities for the role will include strategy & planning, market research, sales & tie ups, customer management and team management.
MARKET RESEARCH:
1. Research market trends, competitors to understand dynamics of the cookware industry as well as direct selling industry
2. Create a list of organizations, institutions, clubs etc. that can be tapped for reaching to the targeted customer
STRATEGY & PLANNING:
1. Develop the business model in line with opportunity and resources
2. Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to set the sales target
3. Plan the operational resources to implement the business model
4. Develop strategies to onboard more influencers, tie ups and institutions
SALES:
1. Manage national sales operations of direct selling business
2. Plan activities to develop lead generation infrastructure / distributors
3. Ensure the execution and achievement of the AOP
4. Visit potential markets and customers across pan India for increasing tie ups and collaborations
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
1. Build relationships with influencers and customers
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by capturing consumer insights
3. Devise strategy for communicating with pre and post-sale customers
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
1. Build, lead and ensure that the team delivers as per expectations
2. Identify and plan L&D requirement for self, team, influencers & distributors
3. Work closely with support functions for smooth operations
REPORTS:
1. Provide monthly performance & MIS reports as well as other reports
