Job Summary:

- The incumbent will have responsibility for Color Masterbatch Sales in the ISC region.

Job Duties

- Drive Color Masterbatch Sales by developing customer, application, and country-specific strategies for non-OEM markets

- Lead the Color Masterbatch Color Team to drive process improvements, competitiveness and maximizing business opportunities

- Provide direction and support to the sales teams to grow Color Masterbatch sales

- Develop value proposition, prospect application, and market strategy for color Masterbatch products in the region

- Support the development of service KPIs for the color business

- Coordinate color business with local brand owners and strategic converters

- Responsible for the achievement of sales and margin objectives in the assigned business

- Additional assignments required by Sub Regional Sales Manager-ISC
