Sales & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

As the Sales and Business Development Manager ,you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in Goa. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales and Account Management:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the assigned territory.

Business Development:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Proactively seek and establish new business relationships to expand the company's customer base.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.

Target Achievement:

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the team towards success.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Customer Focus:

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

- Address customer concerns and issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5-10 years in sales, account management, and business development.

- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and achieving significant revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
