Key Responsibilities / JD:

- Experience in Elevator, Automated parking & ASRS automation Industry

- Knowledge of providing technical solutions on various types of parking & storage

- Develop and implement marketing plans to target key markets and attain new business opportunities in GCC.

- Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities in the automated parking & storage industry.

- Good Connect with Consultants, Contractors & Realtors in GCC Market.

- Visit Consultants/Developers/Governments regularly across GCC countries.

- Work efficiently on Sales & Organizational objectives defined by the management.

- Prepare Technical & Commercial proposal based on architectural drawings & documents.

- Good Hands-on Experience in AutoCAD & presentation software will be an added advantage.

- Interpret technical drawings, visit the site & provide solutions for Storage & parking to the client.

- Negotiate and finalize the sales contracts after approval of price from management.

- To do a Sales & Project presentation to clients on various types of parking & storage solutions

- Preparation of shop drawing & to receive approval from consultants.

- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide exceptional customer service.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Conduct social media campaigns regularly & update regular posts on platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing & product development teams to improve brand recognition.

- Plan & Coordinate with the project team for shop drawings, project planning & execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

- Team meeting with sales & production personnel to complete the project on time.

- Submit client visits & sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis to the senior management

Essential:

- Graduate with 10+ years of experience (Min. 5 years in Sales & Marketing) in Automated Parking /Storage solutions.

- Performance-oriented professional.

- Extensive Travel across GCC.

- Team Player with High Energy and passion for the job.

- Technical and Product knowledge.

- Good Communication and presentation skills.

- Good Customer Management Skills.

- With values - Passion, Excellence, Ownership, and Integrity.

- A GCC Driving license is Mandatory.

Desirable:

- MBA and Arabic speaking.
