Sales Manager - Multiple Positions ( South India) for a leading building material client

Territory : Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh,Tamilnadu & Kerala

Experience : 7-15 yrs in distributor/Channel sales of Adhesive/Cement/Construction Chemicals/Pipe/ Building material

Qualification : MBA, Graduate

Job Description :

1. Drive and achieve Sales target both volume and value through, channel partners, dealer network and direct customers across product categories

2. Ensure expansion of both customers as well as channel partners.

3. Responsible for driving business growth through identification and penetration of new product applications. Review with respective sales person new customers and potential for business expansion

4. Implementation of the sales strategies for achieving business objectives of the region.

5. Receivables & inventory management. Complete compliance with internal policies, systems and procedures.

6. People Management (multiple Sales Officers)

Desired Candidate's Profile :

- Should have exposure to Sales & Marketing with a P & L responsibility. Experience in companies such as adhesives, construction chemicals or paints products will be preferred, capability of distributor Management
