REQUIREMENT :

DJBH Global is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

- Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.


- If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

- Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience in Sales.

- Competency in English must be high.

- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite and CRM software's.

- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

- Ability to create fine looking company branded ppts and the ability to deliver presentations to nail the projects.

- Fast learner and a quick thinker.

- Passionate about sales and with a natural instinct for sales.

- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

- At least TWO (2) years of industry sales experience.

- One to three years of management experience will be an added value for leadership roles.

- Strategic leadership ability.

- Sales experience in BIM or IT is a plus advantage.
