- Prepare and implement the monthly and quarterly sales strategy for the allotted segment.

- Handling a large team

- Monitoring competition and developing strategies to maximize the market share

- Help and Aid in all sales closures.

- Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance, motivates team to optimize their contribution level

- Ensuring all required forms are completed completely and accurately

- Regular follow ups with the clients for their feedback and query resolution, when needed meeting with the client to understand his requirement

- Ensuring maximum renewal generation and client retention.
