- Meet Quarterly & Annual Target for the Sales

- Manage & grow Newgen partner echo system in Indonesia

- Create Newgen's visibility in Indonesia Market through participating in event, Seminars, Webinars and in social media -shows.

- Work closely with Pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to WIN the deals

- Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts

- Proactively scan the market, Do research, Connect with Marketing, Cold Calling to generate leads.
