Manager ( Sales ) -- MNC Consumer Durable Product Co ( Bath Fittings )
Business objectives :
- Planning the business objectives for a cluster of territories, defined as one state unit, and working with a team of sales and service executives for achievement of the same
- Ensuring that the payments and collections in the assigned area are done as per set benchmarks and facilitating sales executives in taking sales decisions basis that
- Ensuring that all the concerns of consumers are being resolved empathetically by the team through necessary course of action within the benchmark timelines
Market Development & Intelligence :
- Exploring and facilitating various options such as distributor/dealer openings, tier changes etc. to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the assigned market
- Effective unit level implementation of various promotional schemes run by the organization for different stakeholders like distributors, dealers and contractors
- Conceptualizing and running various initiatives specifically for focus on and achievement of growth category/focus products targets
- Being informed of and analyzing the initiatives and schemes run by our competitors for various stakeholders like distributors, dealers and contractors
Dealer/Distributor management :
- Conducting discussions with distributors/dealers w.r.t various targets, avenues of business development and overall achievement of sales objectives
- Ensuring the resolution of distributor/dealer queries and issues by the team and supporting the team wherever needed for proper business conduct
- Ensuring that processes w.r.t dealer/distributor agreements, servicing and settlements are being adhered to and completed by the team within stipulated timelines
Contractor management :
Ensuring the maintainance and updation of contractor data for the assigned area with proper documentation by the team and ensuring availability of requisite collaterals with them
- Ensuring and driving contractor engagement for the assigned area through various initiatives, meets and schemes and driving business through them
Co-ordination and reporting :
- Ensuring smooth commercial operations for the unit including timely settlement of promotional schemes and gifts for various stakeholders
- Co-ordinating with other verticals, projects and services and central team for unit level initiatives or any other issue as and when required
- Ensuring timely reporting for self and team w.r.t complaints closure and other servicing requests
Team management :
- Facilitating induction for the new sales/service executives in the team and helping them learn the policies and processes
- Driving business and servicing objectives as well as new initiatives through team to ensure their success
- Engaging with team to help them achieve their specific business objectives including their budgets and providing specific support as and when needed
Candidate Requirement :
- From Consumer Duarable / Paint / Construction Chemical / Sanitaryware / Bathfitting / Adhesive/ Wallputty / Glass / Ceiling Industry preferred
- Mumbai work experience is a must
