- To manage the Cooperative Bank relationship & Sales along with Key Account Management. The Objective is to achieve the topline with profitability and ensure to drive business strategy and initiatives with the Bank & build a successful partnership distribution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Development and Planning & Strategy :
- Formulating the business plan for the channel meeting the organizational objectives.
i. Branch banking sales planning
ii. Downloading Annual / monthly Targets with branch, cluster, region & zone level.
- Periodic review and course correction of sales plans & to incorporate organizational / regulatory changes if any
- MIS on multiple initiatives being driven across various banks.
- Devising BTL marketing strategy to improve insurance penetration among bank's customers
