Candidate who is currently into Insurance sector at any grade is not eligible for the profile.

Designation :- Sales Manager

Business : Bancassurance Channel

Team Reporting :5 -10 People

Job Location : Ludhiana,Sirsa,Dharmsala,Chamba & Fatehabad (please mention preferred location)

Job purpose : Ensure growth with profitability and quality by getting in new business, ensuring existing business protection and managing persistent of business via the respective distribution channel

Job Profile :

- Maintain and strengthen relationship with Bancassurance partner to maximize business

- Drive training initiatives for Bank teams/ partners/ distributors to maximize business

- Nurture team members and drive goal sheet completion

- Conceptualize and implement sales plan and sales promotion plan through front line team and develop Strategies on Lead Fulfillment

- Review / Monitor / Analyze sales performance and competitor activities

- Create & develop new market and expand the existing markets

Candidate profile :

- Concept Selling experience & knowledge of business planning tools

- Retail Sales Management techniques

- Sound understanding/knowledge of the Financial Services Sector

- At least 1-3 year of man-management experience

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent Communication skills

- Long term Planning skills

- Ambitious, Extrovert, Smart personality

- High energy levels

- Self driven & dynamic personality

- Ability to handle stress
