Job Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for sales of a product or portfolio at Great Learning
2. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target
3. Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
4. Continuously monitor and train a team to improve performance and conversions
5. Handle escalations and improve customer experience
6. Developing and working on analytics-driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
7. Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition to the marketing team
8. Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
9. Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligation to each team member.
10. Plan and implement admission events and webinars
