- Set sales goals, track progress and achieve targets - Prepare annual sales plan for the assigned area of operation, forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review - Manage CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales &amp; Generate new enquiries - Develop the marketing plan for the year with the support of Marketing Head for the assigned area of operations - Liaise with other departmental heads to prepare and implement strategies effective for boosting sales and maximizing profits in the assigned area of work - Maintain a strong focus on product and service satisfaction of all customers. Proactive in approach and build good connect with the existing customers - Analyze the market conditions and make changes in the sales strategies accordingly - Conducting surveys to identify clients with interests in making vehicle purchase and maintain contact with customers in order to have an opening for future business proposals and sales offers - Regularly update knowledge on the products of Sports cars/ competition and employ up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features/characteristics in addressing customer objections - Promote and sell Merchandise, accessories, finance and Insurance sales to maximize revenue - Monitor vehicle inventory, order pipeline and delivery to customers - Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, implementing trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating marketing spend in the area of operation - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with management for review and planning - Track record of achieving previous sales Target and goals - Sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices - Excellent leadership skills with a commitment to solving complex problems - Understanding of Luxury customers - Willingness to work independently and as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Outgoing and service-oriented attitude - Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment - Minimum 5 years of experience in handling luxury segment customers Reporting to: Hemant Arora, Business Head Qualification : null Working Days : 5 Days a Week ( to ) Job Nature : Full Time
