Manager - Sales Analytics - Consumer Finance - IIM/IIT/DSE/FMS/XLRI/SPJ/MDI

Our client is one of the fastest growing consumer finance provider growing exponentially across the country with strong presence in Europe and Asia today. They are experiencing hyper growth in the Asian subcontinent currently looking for skilled analytics professionals.

The Role

Based out of Gurgaon you will be leading a team of analysts and senior analysts. Some of your responsibilities shall be to:

- Derive insights from large amount of data

- Use analytical tools to understand the customer portfolio

- Profiling of customers based on their portfolios

- Use segmentation techniques to define strategies for cross selling and up selling

- Deliver subject matter expertise to identify new opportunities and expand business

The Successful Applicant:

- Academic background in statistics/economics/engineering/mathematics from top tier schools like IIMs, IITs, DSE, FMS, XLRI, SPJAIN, MDI, IMT, ISI, ISB, BITs etc.

- 5+ years of experience within analytics domain with solid expertise in statistical techniques and model building

- Ability to work on adhoc basis in a fast paced environment

- Has entrepreneurial quality with ability to take ownership

- Experience in working with analytics preferably in the consulting and financial services sector

- Excellent understanding of statistical concepts with knowledge of SAS, R, SQL etc.

- Impressive interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with clients
