Manager Sales Analyst (5 years Minimum Experience). Areas of Responsibility -&nbsp; 1) Business performance monitoring - Identification of opportunities across Geography, Channel, Brand, Pack and provide insights on disruptive gain opportunities - Continuous monitoring and setup of audit panels and reporting to identify micro-growth opportunities in data crunched markets. 2) Insight generation and advanced analytics - Create sales demand forecasts across markets/SKU to provide input to sales managers for decision making and production planning - Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs, and work through implications for business strategy. - Analyze on-going basis opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses affecting growth and national / regional programs and report information to business head. 3) Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of various open source statistical tools such as R, SAS - Strong domain knowledge and understanding, Retail and CPG vertical preferred - Consulting/client servicing experience in analytics
