- Distribution Management System & Co-ordination with Sales Teams explicitly (Power, Lighting & IAQ)
- Focus on expansion of range of products and reach out to retailers through focused activities and co-ordination
- Continuous improvement : Develop & liaise with Technology team on the development of the DMS. IT reports development
- Scheme clarity to Sales and Communication management to Distributors about schemes & its settlement. distributor subsidy settlement
- Sales Analytics report to NSH & Sales team on weekly and monthly bases
- Vendor Management - Onboarding, Relationship management, Payments
- Team Management (Span of 15 members)
