Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our operations in the Bahraini market.

- The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in sales within the Gulf region, particularly in Bahrain, with a strong understanding of local regulations, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration.

- Additionally, they will lead and mentor a diverse sales team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including expatriates and Bahraini clients, will be crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies customized to the Bahraini market to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities, maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including expatriates and Bahraini clients, to-enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and expand business opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the Gulf region, with a focus on Bahrain.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of Bahraini market dynamics, regulations, and cultural sensitivities.

- Valid Gulf driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
