- Maintenance of team Members- Performance Dashboard

- Client Engagement

- Using industry specific knowledge and New channel sourcing

- Business Insights

- Client feedback

- Timely Operations review

- Input for monthly Invoicing

- Process Audit/SLA Tracker

- Controlling Attrition

- Team welfare and development
