RPA Manager

Skills & Experience :

Exp : 10-15 years

Skills : Exposure for Large scale RPA Projects management

Minimum : 2 full life cycle implementation

Agile scrum /Waterfall model :

- Very good communication skills

Tools : BP or UI path, good if he has both

- RPA Certification is must

- Drive program on merging set of business automation tools in bringing Business Automation Suite to the prospective client(s)

- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization

- Consult with business leaders to identify relevant internal, client and external processes for optimization; leads review of audit and assessment results to identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations for resolution and track effectiveness of remedies.

- Manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously.

- Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and schedules.

- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.
