Manager - Robotics Process Automation - Big4 - IIT/NIT

The position is an Associate in the Robotics Automation team at GDC. This Position will be required to work extensively on business process automation using RPA platforms in line with standard RPA principles and conventions for Audit engagements.

Broadly, the key responsibilities are:

- Robotics Automation Development - Be a part of the team that is responsible for development of process automation solution using RPA platforms and ensure timely and quality deliverables.

- Adept to leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path etc. and build a strong domain.

Roles and responsibilities

The Manager will be predominantly responsible to -

- Work on RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath and others.

- Understand the business process requirements and design.

- Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.

- Configure automation processes as per TDD.

- Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach.

- Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.

- Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.

- Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time

- Timely raise any issues identified to the Managers so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted

- Plan and organize the work in such a way that the Quality and efficiency are not impacted on the deliverables

- Lead / participate in firm's strategic initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs

Essential skills

Education and Experience Requirements

- B.E or B. Tech with IT/Computer Science/ specialization from IIT or NIT.

- 5-8 year of post qualification experience.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)

Preferred Competencies

- Exposure/knowledge to programming on .Net

- Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl, vbs etc.)

- Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space.

- Proactive problem solver with good planning and organizing skills

- Attention to detail and quality consciousness

- Strong communication abilities (both written & spoken English skills)

- Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change
