JOB SUMMARY:
- Assist in designing and documentation of various elements of the risk management framework
- Manage on-ground implementation of a risk management framework
- Manage risk governance through operational risk framework and periodic risk reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and documentation of the various elements of the risk management framework involving discussions and meetings with the Senior management
- Operationalize the various elements of risk management framework across the organization
- Conducting training for various stakeholders on the risk management framework and their roles and responsibilities
- Plan & execute quarterly risk assessment process in accordance with established standards, policy and procedures.
- Manage the process of identifying and assessing the risks affecting the business
- Oversee, and in some areas implement, the plan of risk control actions
- Monitor, evaluate and challenge the organization's success in managing its risks
- Organize appropriate risk reporting, internally and externally
- Discuss mitigation plans, heat maps & description of processes with process owners.
- Tracking actions through to conclusion
- Follow up on the status of significant actions quarterly
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Completion of risk management framework documentation and implementation as per the project plan
- Quality of risk assessment and risk framework governance
- Timely and accurate finalization of risk reports
- Feedback from supervisor and process owners.
- Process value additions

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- CA/CIA/MBA from premier institute. Additional qualification in Risk Management shall be preferred
- At least 5 - 7 years of similar experience in a consulting or financial service organization
