We are hiring for our eCommerce client.

Manager- Risk Investigations (German)

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred; equivalent and relevant work experience considered

- Near native fluency in written and spoken German, B2 or equivalent degree

- People management experience (2+ years)

- Must have handled team of 10

- Open for SHIFTS

- Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills desired

Responsibilities :

- Set the vision, direction, and culture of their teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.

- Providing individual coaching feedback sessions and weekly one-on-ones that focus on making our platforms safer to transact.

- Improving customer satisfaction, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence.

- Serving as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature.
