1. Formulation & deployment of a globally accepted Risk Management framework in consultation with the management team/Board/Audit Committee

2. Responsible for designing, drafting & deployment of risk management charter, policy & procedure at organizational level.

3. Present the Risk Management reports to senior management, Board & Audit Committee and provide overall comfort on mitigations & controls deployed.

4. Lead the overall risk management activities including; Identification, Analysis, Evaluation, treatment & risk appetite provisioning. Drive both Operational & Enterprise level risk management.

5. Define structured risk review program across levels within the organization and establish terms of engagement. Drive Risk & Control Self assessments by the respective functions. Should be able to drive a culture of risk management within the organization.

6. Identify various assurance activities across the organization, understand the synergies and build an effective integrated model.

7. Lead the team to perform periodic assessments of mitigation/controls and report their effectiveness to the senior management team.

8. Will be responsible to drive the overall Internal Audit function. Project management of IA includes appointment of Auditors, on-boarding, preparation of audit calendar, Kick Off meetings, standard presentation formats, tracking & closure of audits and ensure exceptional quality in Audit reports. Will also be responsible for testing of IFC's on periodic basis.

9. Reviewer of overall compliance management program and highlight regulatory/statutory risks emerging due to non-adherence. Ability to envisage future requirements and pro-actively communicate.

10. Identify themes from Risk & Audit as opportunity for improvement (OFI's), engage with senior management to drive these improvements at organizational/pan India level.

11. Liaison with external auditors as required and provide necessary assistance in the overall statutory audit program.

12. Should be process oriented with ability to identify undocumented practices and transform them into defined process.
