Manager - Risk for a leading Financial Services organization in Mumbai

We are a leading, professionally managed Recruitment organization engaged in placements with MNC & Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and across India.

Our clients are a leading Financial Services Fintech organization having a national presence and growing extremely rapidly. They have extremely ambitious plans and are looking for an extremely competent professional senior manager to take on independent responsibilities as Manager - Risk based in Mumbai.

Our clients are looking for accomplished Risk professionals with a CA or CS or MBA (2 - years full time) with 3 - 15 years of strong and relevant experience with leading Banking / NBFC / Fintech organizations / Small Banking Financial / MFI organizations. Must have in-depth knowledge of SME business (low ticket portfolio/ SME LAP/Mortgage/PL).

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate / Job Profile:

1. Sound Knowledge of Product Design & Policy design - Including (but not limited to) Application Scorecards & Behavioural Scorecards

2. Risk Measurement, Portfolio Tracking & Analysis - Understanding of Key Risk Performance Indicators (including Static pools, Lagged & Coincidental delinquency) as well as Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model Design & implementation. Throughput Analysis & Reject Analysis (for Policy Improvements

3. Ability to Formulate Credit Policies (New as well as Modifications) including the ability to articulate/write Clear & Crisp Credit Policy Documents

4. Sound Knowledge of Processes & Systems in the context of Risk & Business objectives, as well as Regulatory Guidelines. Ability to Lead Projects (incl. Prepare BRDs) for implementation of system modifications resulting from Policy Design.

5. Ability to deal with Sr. Management / Heads of Depts to ensure closure of open discussion items in Policy Formulations & Implementation. Ability to influence departmental teams to ensure policy implementation objectives are met.
