Risk & Data Analytics Manager

Relevant Experience : 2 to 3 years. Experience in Banking and NBFC will be preferred

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years. Relevant experience in performing the data analysis of large dataset (e.g. loan portfolio from risk point of view and/or financial data from business performance point of view), building insights for management decision making, and helping the product team in designing the product from a Risk perspective.

Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Enter or Final / CFA

Job Profile:

- Prepare/maintain the scoring model for different products for credit decisioning and eligibility of potential loan application

- Analyse the bounce % & DPD of different products in order to identify risk-bearing segments and suggest policy tightening

- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS for management decision making

- Prepare P&L and costing of different loan products and business segments

- Co-ordination with the Product Manager for system development as per the structured guidelines in reports generation

- Help the product team in designing the new product w.r.t risk, cost, IRR and profitability

- Collaborate with Finance & Accounts for loan related data reconciliations on periodic basis

- Maintain and compile loan portfolios and performance tracking for all loan products as well as at the overall company level

- Collate the data and prepare details for internal and external stakeholders and regulators

- Develop and update financial models that help with decision-making and tracking the performance

Skill Sets Required:

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling

- Basic knowledge of statistical tools and formulas for developing financial models

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

- Attention to accuracy and details

- Knowledge of basic financial concepts related to loans
