Job Description :

- 5+years of Risk & Compliance experience in outsourced business is preferable.

- Demonstrated background in influencing key internal decision-makers to achieve desired outcomes

- Good knowledge of the financial services industry

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner

- Be able to think differently, unconventionally, and from a different perspective

- Excellent negotiation skills with an analytical mind

- Good judgement and decision making skills

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

- Ability to work alone or in a team.

- Energy, tenacity and strong focus on delivery and results

- Flexible and adaptable, responds rapidly to changing business needs. Able to re-prioritise and organise effectively

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
