Manager Risk and Compliance

- Establish and execute a robust methodology for monthly internal audits that cater to zero surprises in all audits conducted by Client or any of our internal teams.

- Work across teams and help them establishing controls to mitigate the deficiencies highlighted through internal audits

- Understanding and responding promptly and courteously to customer needs and expectations

- Work closely with Internal & External stakeholders to ensure all SLAs and Targets wrt Statutory & Regulatory requirements are met

- To create and publish a Governance Process to drive a Zero-Surprise and Risk-Free environment. Publish dashboards to report the Risk activities and outputs

- To work with the Delivery teams to ensure compliance on all Operational Risk activities

- Be actively involved in the change management process to ensure all relevant risks are highlighted through the impact assessment

- To ensure all Client Policies are worked upon and embedded in the Organization Culture

- To identify Risks & Threats in the system and provide solutions to mitigate them by implementing appropriate controls. Pro-active intervention to identify vulnerabilities in the system and close the gap.

- To monitor and review internal Breaches and Incidents and manage these as per the policy

- Manage Fraud and drive Fraud Prevention activities on the Delivery floor

- As a PeM - Manage the Risk & Compliance team and provide them with a Career-Map

- Set clear business goals and performance expectations to build a high performance team.

- Provide rewards and career growth for top performers and managing poor performance. Foster teamwork and inclusion for teams across projects and locations.

- Encourage employees to be innovative and support ideas that can be implemented

- Practice Integrity and Lead by example, set clear performance standards and provide straightforward feedback in a respectful way.
