Manager - Risk & Compliance - BFSI

- Should monitor the compliance at Department and Organisation level

- The primary responsibility of the position is to establish and continuously improve a consistent compliance framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance risks and issues

- Provide functional support to internal departments in areas of compliance with regulatory bodies (Specifically to RBI), monitoring and testing of adherence to regulatory requirements, reporting requirements of regulator, etc

- Handling compliance monitoring tools and support the organisation to promote the Compliance culture

- Ability to maintain and update regulatory policies

- Establish and continuously improve a consistent compliance framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance risks and issues

- Dealing with RBI requirements/RBI Inspections

- Understanding of Regulatory laws, RBI Master Directions/Circulars/Guidance note etc.

- Adequate exposure to the Compliance Monitoring and Testing framework and implementation

- Ability to measure the compliance index of all concerned departments/ stakeholders on the basis of the quality and timely adherence to all the compliance activities mapped to them
