Manager - Risk Analytics - BFSI

- Having experience in risk team of start up / NBFC and good pedigree can be the screening criterion here.

- Develop a deep understanding of credit risk, asset risk fraud risk and operational risk for the firm.

- Model various scenarios based on internal and external data

- Ability to communicate the complex financial terminology to leadership

- Coordinate with cross functional teams of finance, biz fin etc. to drive through initiatives

- High ownership of initiatives

- Develop a deep understanding of the business specific risks

- Program manage a team of analysts to deliver timely output

- Entrepreneurial in spirit in identifying problem statements and solutioning them .

- Exhibit subject matter expertise in risk related subjects.
