Rider Operations Manager

Your Role :

- You will build rider supply from the ground up in one of our key markets

- Lead all aspects of rider supply : on-boarding, training, inventory management, quality management, supply economics, operations and so on

- You will ensure customer demand is always met with best in class supply availability and performance at all times.

- Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work

- Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make better. You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast.
