Designation : Rider operations manager / Delivery operations manager

Salary Range : 12 to 25 LPA

Location : Bangalore ,Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune,Kolkata

Experience : 5 to 15 years

About the role:

- You will build rider supply from the ground up in one of our key markets

- Lead all aspects of rider supply: on-boarding, training, inventory management, quality management, supply economics, operations and so on

- You will ensure customer demand is always met with best in class supply availability and performance at all times.

- Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work

- Run experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better.

- You will have the tools to do things that have never been done before and also the freedom to fail fast.
