Position-1 Manager RF Optimization

EXP : 8 - 12 Years

Site Optimization and performance monitoring for day to day network operations

Drive test analysis and improvement plan

Optimization of network KPI like DL & UL throughputs, Call drop, HOF, RACH SR, etc., VoLTE KPIs under pre-defined bench mark values.

Optimization of small cells, macro cells in different bands

Competition network benchmarking

Position-2 Manager RF Macro Planning

EXP : 10 -14 Years

RF candidate evaluation and selection as per Nominal Cell Plan as per the NHQ guidelines to meet the site coverage objectives.

Network expansion plan, capacity planning

Plan for Coverage leadership, understanding of competitor strategy /expansion plans and suggest corrective measures

RAN planning and Engineering, coordination for deployment of features, releases, upgrades, eNB patches
