They are looking for a skilled individual to lead the Rewards Operations function for Pan India. To liaise with the leadership, manage global stakeholders and be accountable for all Rewards and Benefits Operations related decisions taken associated with 600+ employees across Corporate as well as Plants located Pan India. Job Description: Reporting into the Head - Rewards &amp; Benefits - India, your responsibilities will include, - Provision of proactive specialist support in partnership with internal clients (HR &amp; Business leaders) to drive business performance through design and implementation of effective Compensation &amp; Benefits operations solutions - HR Systems/Processes: Continually improve employee processes from onboarding to off-boarding through repeatable, scalable solutions. Democratize actionable people data to provide feedback loops between employees, managers, executives, and recruiters. - Total Rewards: Construct a compensation system that helps the company to be consistent while making employees feel valued for their contributions and motivated for the next challenge. Stay current with what's happening in the rapidly changing market. - Benefits: Manage our benefits program &amp; perks to maximize investment on what our employees value most and look for what's new on the horizon - Mobility: Ensure our immigration and relocation process are frictionless, so employees can focus on getting back to what they do best. - Identify ways to develop and conserve human resources - Work with the Head of Reward and team to develop reward related processes, papers, and communications - Conduct surveys and ad hoc market researches to track market trends and make design recommendations based on data and statistics The Successful Applicant: - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources - At least 6 years- experience in Rewards and Benefits Operations specialized role in MNC organizations which have manufacturing facilities as well - An MBA with specialization in HR is preferred - Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently, solutions-oriented - Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving - A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and strong customer service orientation - Impeccable discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information - Excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of packages, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint What's on Offer: Opportunity to work with a market leader, and an excellent package on offer along with exposure to working in a global environment.
