We are seeking a Rewards Manager to join a dynamic team with a Startup organization based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Designing, managing and advising on all reward policies and annual processes including salary reviews, benchmarking, pay equity, incentive pay and Executive renumeration plans through strong stakeholder partnerships with HR Operations, People Relations, Internal Communications, Group Reward, etc.

- Supervising the creation and maintenance of rewards documentation and process flows that clearly outline the handoffs between teams.

- Understanding the link between pay and performance and partner with the OD and Culture teams to identify reward mechanisms.

- Supporting the implementation of a new career architecture and pathways program through design of pay banding and subsequent analysis.

- Work with colleagues to interpret the details of the compensation policy, market pricing and compensation benchmarking Participate in salary, budget planning, and other surveys conducted by vendors, by obtaining and analyzing data.

- Input to the design and implementation of total reward statements for all colleagues

- Provide advisory to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and business areas on both rewards strategy and time-sensitive operational matters including benchmarking and equal pay issues.

- Provide Reward and Benefit analysis and data support to the wider HR team Actively participate in data modelling in partnership with the finance and payroll functions Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Experience:

- Progressive experience in Rewards functions

- Should have worked for at least 2+ years in a process-driven organization
