JOB / MAN SPECIFICATION FORM  POSITION: Manager-Returns Logistics   FUNCTION: Fulfilment  LOCATION: Mumbai  1. THE CONTEXT:   Client is a 100% subsidiary in the space of e-commerce with focus on building an Omnichannel based Market Place model. This position is critical from the point of managing and strengthening the returns logistics eco-system in alignment with the overall business framework.   2. ORGANOGRAM   3. KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB   To plan and manage the returns logistics process in alignment with the overall business framework and optimize the returns fulfilment process across different channels to achieve superior customer experience.   4. MAJOR DELIVERABLES:   - Evaluate the performance of existing Logistics Service Providers and periodically undertake partner evaluation and addition to aid the business metrics on Returns Logistics .  - Develop a system driven roadmap for Reverse logistics which is scalable and at the same time replicable across multiple categories: Work closely with the internal technology team to automate the entire returns logistics process and enhancements going forward.  - Undertake projects to influence the current business challenges faced on the qualitative aspects impacting the Seller and Customer experience - eg Visibility of the product in the Return journey from Customer pick up to Seller Delivery  - Constantly review and expand the returns network to achieve 90% Pan India pick-up serviceability against the forward logistics serviceability.   - To review and ensure the overall returns cost per unit is well within the budget and the TAT from a pick up and delivery standpoint is met  - Influence the periodic revision in category specific returns policies by working with respective stakeholders like the Category team,CS team etc  Reduction in leakages at handshake points between different 3 PL partners  Prevention in wrong dispatches to sellers  - Development of specific programs like Exchange management,QC at doorstep to aid the business specific requirements  5. Must have the knowledge and understanding of the entire fulfilment process (both forward and returns). Should have the ability to lead a team of people and should tech/system oriented.
