Opening with a FMCG Giant for Revenue Management Manager for Gurgaon. Looking for 12-13 batch past out
Lead the Revenue & Profitability agenda for India - Maximize Top line & Bottom line through :
- Optimal management of key Top Line drivers (Volume, Rate & Mix) & development and deployment of specific Commercial Guidelines by Channel to manage Bottom line
- Development and implement the price pack and trade spend strategy for India Bev
Accountabilities: (list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures)
- Define the Road Map for the Revenue Management Journey for India - outlining the - Current Status- and the Execution Plan for achieving the - Desired Status
- Manage the Volume - Consumer Demand and Product Availability lever to maximize NR
- Define optimal Value Equation to Consumer by Category (LOB)/ Consumption Occasion/ Distribution Channel
- Define Discount strategy according to competitive environment and MC implications
- Define the Retail Margins & D&A structure by channel/ sub-channel
- Price / Pack Architecture according to consumer insights and MC implications
- Evaluate & recommend Pack differentiation based on competitive actions
- Evaluate & recommend Consumer price points differentiated based on desired promo activities
- Ensure full accomplishment of National Pack / Price strategy
- Ensure Promotion and Pricing Effectiveness
- Ensure D& A Productivity as per objectives by periodic D&A tracking by Channel & type of discount focused to ensure CDA compliance
- Ensure that Pricing & Promo activities are routinely compiled & communicated internally & externally
- Put a process in place to track Promo/ Trade Spends & Effectiveness
- Ensure transparent Trade Pricing based on channel dynamics
- Appropriately Manage the Mix to maximize NR
- Periodical Mix Trends tracking Pack and channels focused to get ahead of possible negative mix impacts to the Net Price Performance with the respective action plans to minimize the impact.
- Develop a Commercial Policy clearly defining the Do s and Don- ts as a transparent process across the country.
- Account level Commercial Plans
- Ensure Periodic tracking of performance at Channel level
