Manager - Revenue Accounting - CA

CA, 3-5 yrs exp ; Revenue Accounting Manager

- Revenue Accounting - ensuring timely and correct accounting of revenue.

- Receivables tracking, customer account reconciliation and follow up to maintain required AR days.

- Periodic Security Deposit reconciliation

- Review and approval of tenancy agreements

- Quarterly TDS receivable reconciliation, follow up for certificates and maintenance of certificates.

- Issuance of legal notice to customers delaying payments

- Ensuring monthly AR review with HOD & CS team and taking business approval towards required action.

- Weekly BRS review and ensuring timely action for closure of open items.

- Monthly pre-payment review and taking timely action for closure of open advances.

- Revenue Analysis- monitor & ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, annual accounts.

- Monthly variance analysis for revenue accounts

- Preparation of MIS - for monthly P&L review (related to revenue heads) and any other specific requirement.

- Handling month end accruals, provisions etc.

- Co-ordinate with various auditors (Statutory, Tax, TP, Internal, IFC) on revenue matters.

- Monthly & Annual GST return filing, handling notices etc.

- Other related matters.

Prerequisite:

- CA with 3+ yrs. exp. in IGAAP or IND AS

- Knowledge of Accounts working system (Accounting Software)

- MS Office - Esp. Advanced MS Excel

- Planning and Analytical Skills
