Manager - Revenue Accounting - BFS

Responsibilities

- Control and Review of Insurance Disbursements. (Policy Payouts, Claims, all other benefit Payouts and commission payout)

- Accounting Controls, Trial Balance review and Month End Closure related to premium, commission, claims reinsurance etc

- Assisting to financial reporting team in relation to accounting for all kinds of partner's payout.

- Payouts TAT monitoring, and circulation of all Management Dashboards

- Validation of all incentives/contest and other Payouts to the Partners and agents.

- Preparation and amendment of Revenue accounting SOPs.

- Focus on process gaps and improvements via system/process automation.

- Partnering with relevant stakeholders and support the business objectives

- Handling Audit - Internal + External

Soft Skills

- Good interpersonal skills & effective communication with seniors and stake holders

- Proficient to work with MS office tools.
