Manager - Retention Marketing - Media Firm

Work Description :

- Setup campaigns in retention marketing automations tools using Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications. Retain, upsell, cross sell to customers acquired through website sales Strategy

- Accountable for repeat purchase revenue using CRM & communication sequences

- Drive customer lifetime value [LTV] to maximize ROAS

- Conduct customer segmentation to build sets of target audiences & cohorts

- Plot product wise customer journey and build what-if workflows based on user-action

Execution :

- Setup drip marketing campaigns in Clevertap, WebEngage, Netcore or similar tools

- AB test copies & creatives to increase open & click rates and content engagement Analytics

- Nurture B2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis

- Segment & retain customers using RFM analysis

- Analyze campaign & website transaction data to build consumer journey

Candidature requirements :

- 4+ years experience in B2C ecommerce, SaaS, digital & analytics companies

- Hands on experience with Clevertap, WebEngage, Netcore or similar tools [Mandatory]

- Experience in Customer Success with SaaS company [added advantage]

- Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, app engagement, repeat purchases, CRM

- Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making

- Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance
