Manager - Retention - Bus/Cargo Aggregator

Educational Requirements:-

- Btech./ BE/another undergraduate degree from a reputed college

- MBA good to have but not must have

Work experience required:-

- Prior experience in a retention role including using Whatsapp APIs

- Proven experience working with industry tools like CleverTap, MoEnagage, One signal, webengage etc

- At least 5 years

Key Result areas:-

- Key member of inter-city growth team over-looking all retention campaigns.

- Design and implement new campaign ideas that help increase customer retention & customer LTV.

- Complete responsibility of communication design for all retention campaigns & execution across multiple channels like SMS, Whatsapp, App

- Continuously report campaign performances along with user behaviour, cohorts generated, etc

- Strategize & implement loyalty program for inter-city business

- Define, report, and optimize key metrics periodically (Daily, weekly, monthly) and suggest changes/improvements that will boost the engagement rate.
