We have very urgent vacancies in a Reputed Fashion Retail company

Position Title : Manager - Retail Trainer

Location : Mumbai ( Goregaon East )

CTC to be offered : 7lac to 9lac p.a.; depending upon current pay package and experience .

Job Responsibility :

Objective : To design and conduct training (PAN India) with an objective to design and manage developmental programs to improve sales targets and performance.

Responsibilities :

- Assume self-initiative on training and development projects.

- Spearhead the Pan-India retail sales training initiative by understanding the Company's operation model and accordingly develop and finalize program content & delivery schedule in a prioritized manner.

- Design and execute training programs on Soft Skills, Selling Skills, Product Knowledge and Team Development (Divisions of Responsibility).

- Coordinate with vendors and training partners, Sales Managers and other key business partners regarding training needs and best practices.

- Create an annual training calendar and ready reckoner for training materials that will impact business initiatives throughout the Company.

- Lead the research, development, implementation and evaluation of the training programs and platforms.

- Combine creative and analytical skills with measurable ROI that drives business results.

- Evaluate the field training processes and effectiveness on a quarterly basis; tracking ROI regularly, recommending changes to create efficient and cost effective programs.

- Research materials, vendors and training material on periodic/ need basis. Recommend and develop concepts & content for the next phase based on success stories and need-of-the-hour requirements.

- Support members of the Retail Operations Department as needed. Coordinate with the production and sales departments for regular inputs and updates.

- Conduct store visits for training and development to ensure company goals, expectations and compliance of standards are being met.

Requirements :

Qualification : PG or MBA in Human Resources.

Prior Work Experience : 4 to 8 years of post qualification

Industry : Retail, preferably an established and popular clothing brand

- Good energy levels with ability to multiple task and deliver desired results with quality.

- Should be able to understand the business requirements, ideate solutions and translate actions into positive results.

- Good Interpersonal, presentation and analytical abilities.

- Ability to see the larger picture - ability to zoom in & zoom out.

- Readiness to travel pan-india
