- Relationship management skills as would need to manage the clientele of NBFCs & ARCs.

- Developing relationships with new NBFCs to meet changing priority sector requirement of the Bank.

- Portfolio buyouts via securitisation and direct assignment route- End to end closure of transactions including origination of deals, internal committee approvals, negotiating legal documentation including Information Memorandum & disbursement.

- Developing new structures to suit clients & regulatory requirements.

- Analyzing regulatory changes and help in forming Bank's response to the same.

- Coordination with rating agencies, auditors, legal, etc for ratings and performance review of new and existing deals.
