Develop subordinates to take larger Responsibilities and Roles as per the requirements. 7. Finalization of annual target in consultation with HOD. 8. To build strong brand image in the market by ensuring highest standards of quality in the work executed. 9. Coordination with customers, bank, loan providing agency for sanction of required loans Liaise with government authorities as and when required for the purpose of business development. Age - Max 40 Years Experience / Exposure : 1. Prior Work Experience in the Electricals/Cable & Wire/Switchgear Industry Only. 2. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
