Manager - Retail Sales - Building Material

We per having an urgent opening as MANAGER RETAIL SALES for a reputed company into BUILDING MATERIAL based at CHENNAI location.

Base Job Location: CHENNAI

- Will be responsible for handling RETAIL SALES / TRADE SALES / CHANNEL SALES across CHENNAI & ALLIED AREAS with a strong team of 5-6 PEOPLE.

- The incumbent should have exposure in Retail SALES with a strong distribution network experience

- Responsible for brand and product specifications in all kind of projects.

- Sales forecasting. Budget planning and allocation of the budget at a resource level

- Strategic business planning, business development, branding, business analysis & Business development

- Revenue generation and increase the profit share by segments Based on market dynamics, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes

- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on finding Build and maintain successful relationships with dealers and distributor

- Exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing & sales operations for achieving the business targets; initiating market development efforts and increasing business growth

- Designing market promotions/schemes for retailers/dealers and monitoring the communication and performance of the activity

- Customer-centric - Monitoring dealers/customers/distributors issues and providing solutions within a TAT

- Watch competitor activity and update ourselves to overcome competition in business and increase sales

- Managing a team of 5 members. Training and development of the team.
