Skills :
- To achieve assigned overall sales targets for the year.
- To achieve expected growth in sales over last year-Quantification required.
- Appoint new dealers and sub dealers for more market penetration. Enroll maximum retailers under Retailer Scheme.
- Conduct maximum customer meets ( category wise), plant visits, plumber workshops- Quantification required.
- Handling project sales and institutional sales for given area
- Overseeing a team of retail and/or project sales executives
- Connecting with Dealers, Retailers, Plumbers, Builders, Architechts, MEP Consultatns, Contactors
Responsiblity :

- Achieve the Sales Target for Designated Area.
- Product Awareness
- Sales Promotions
- Relationship Management
- Budgeting and Managing Sales
- MIS Maintenance
- Manage Sales promotion activities i.e. all ATL and BTL activities
