Job Description:

Job Title: Manager Retail Operations (IT Team)

Experience: 5- 10 years

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification: Graduate / B Tech + MBA (preference)

Required skills:

- Hands-on work experience in technical skills related to Core Java, HTML, XML, JSP programming with Oracle and mysql DB. Good communication, reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills.

- Oracle POS application (360 degree POS) development or support. (Mandatory)- Since client is implementing this solution and technical skills for managing the application support.

Job Description

- The primary responsibility for this position will be to lead a team of functional & technical team who will support the Retail Point of Sale applications deployed at retail stores.

- Acts as the primary functional and technical interlocutor between the user group and technical team for understanding user requirements and mapping appropriate solution for business cases not supported by out of box functionality in POS.
