Our Client is a retailer and exporter of Luxury decorative products. They are looking to expand their domestic presence with the expansion of their retail stores. We have been mandated to help them find a Retail Operations Manager ( location Delhi or Mumbai). The position reports in the Head of B2C Sales. A brief JD is being shared as follows. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for: 1. Developing and implementing sales strategies for increasing market share and profitability in line with the Annual Business Plan 2. Expansion of the retail chain through COCO and Franchise routes 3. Analysing stock movement/ availability and highlighting gaps/ problems if any 4. Ensuring that the stores are able to deliver the luxury ambiance and high service levels 5. P&amp;L Desired Candidate Profile: - SHOULD BE FROM A RETAIL BACKGROUND. PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IN PREMIUM/ LUXURY RETAIL WILL BE PREFERRED. - Should have in-depth understanding of retail processes, aesthetics, and customer management. - Should have been instrumental in setting up retail stores from scratch - Excellent people management skills; ability to train and motivate store teams - Should possess analytical mind with strong business acumen - Fair understanding of Retail Channel Marketing; identify, approach and retain the Right Customers - Possess excellent relationship building skills - Enjoys working in an informal environment with a "growing company" culture &nbsp;- Strong entrepreneurial mindset - Willingness to go the extra mile in order to achieve Company goals and customer expectations - Self-motivated, persistent, action oriented and goal driven.
