- Minimum seven years sales experience in Electrical Industry in India. Minimum five years must be in retail distribution. Must have worked in more than one state

- 10 to 12 years in FMCG or any construction material industry. Minimum five years with any of the top three brands in the relevant industry

Education: MBA (Degree in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage)

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to motivate a big mixed team of team of young & experienced sales professionals alike

- Excellent data analytical skills

- Excellent working knowledge of excel and good at power point and word

Job Description:

- Identify/assess/appoint FD/WD retail distributors in various cities across the country

- Ascertain the financial capability and redistribution strength of potential partner

- Allocate annual target based on the market potential and company's growth plan in each locations/territory

- Formulate and roll out commercial policy for Retail Distributors across the country

- Ensure financial discipline by implementing company's finance regulations & guidelines

- Motivate & monitor sales team (both Company's team and partner's sales team) to go for extra mile to surpass the business targets

- Work out joint action plans with distributors to meet the business targets

- Roll out multilevel channel program

- Formulate seasonal/regional schemes suitable for retail distribution

- Ensure pricing discipline in the market place

- Extract business with right product mix in each city in line with company's strategy

- Conduct retailer meets

- Roll out brand visibility campaigns along with Retail Distributors

- Device out demand generation actions at regional levels & execute

- Visualise/Develop digital tools to reach out to all retail outlets across the country en masse

- Formulate a short term (6 months to 12 months) & long term (2 year to 3 year) retail network strategy for the country
