Designation - Manager- Resource Scheduler

Exp - 5 yrs+

Location - Mumbai (Candidate should be currently working in Mumbai only)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform resource planning and allocation.

- Identify the type of technical and business resources needed, assemble teams that are qualified to perform the work and financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans

- Assist in the reassignment of projects due to personnel leaving/joining the firm, or to client delay/acceleration.

- Work closely with Engagement teams to publicize resource availability

- Work with the Engagement team to assist them in understanding the impact of borrowing / lending activities

- Appropriately prioritize staffing decisions based on client assignments, experiential development, inclusivity, engagement risk, specialization requirements, timing constraints, staffing continuity and geographic considerations.
